Production time varies on the venue, but usually takes 2-8 weeks.

Can you update me about my production?
Absolutely. If you would like to know how your production is coming along, feel free to contact me via the Contact form. I will also call when the project is near completion.

How can you personalize my production?
Every step is taken to ensure that the final product is completely tailored to you or your occassion. DVD labels, jackets, menus, and titling are all made from scratch and customized for you.

I live more than 50 miles (100 miles roundtrip) from Nacogdoches. Is there a fuel fee?
Because of ever-rising gas rates, $20 will be added to your bill to help offset transportation costs.

Will you be able to add my own track to the DVD?
Yes! Just provide the track as a file or on CD and I will include it in the project.

What kind of equipment do you use?
I use Sony's HVR-Z1U, a top-of-the-line HD camera. I also use professional equipment in photography - Canon's EOS 20D, a Sigma 24-70mm EX DG lens, and a Canon Speedlite 430EX flash. Since good lighting is crucial, I work with a Savage light kit, consisting of three lights and softboxes.
For editing, I work on a high-end workstation with 2GB RAM, 1TB (1024GB) storage, an M-Audio Audiophile 192 sound card, and Adobe's industry-grade Producton Suite Premium.

Can you create duplicates after shipping?
All projects are archived even after shipping. That way, extra copies can be made upon request.

What if there is something I would like to change?
If you are not 100% satisfied, I will make any modifications, free of charge.
